Do I need a Physician Referral?

No you do not unless you are a Medicare patient. In the state of Colorado physical therapists have direct access and can see a physical therapist for injury without seeing their primary care physician. 

What Insurance do we take?

Primeau Physical Therapy takes workers’ Comp, Auto claims HSA, FSA, and cash-based payments. If we are not in network with your insurance you will pay a flat fee out of pocket and can submit this payment and be reimbursed by your insurance company or have the fee applied to your deductible. 

In most cases, yes you can. Patients can get reimbursed for their treatments. You can print claim forms from your insurance company’s website and send it in with the receipt provided by Primeau Physical Therapy. The amount that is reimbursed is dependent on your insurance company and plan. If you call your insurance company you can ask about the “out-of-network” Physical Therapy expenses. All insurance policies are different but most patients can expect to be reimbursed 40-80% of their session fee.
